WEIYU DONGFENG 10CBM Garbage Compactor Truck also known as rear-loaded compressed garbage truck is a new type of sanitation vehicle that collects and transfers garbage to avoid secondary pollution. Use the rear-loading filler to connect with the trash can or garbage bucket, and combine it into a mobile garbage transfer station to realize the pollution-free collection and transportation of garbage with multiple buckets in one truck. It effectively prevents secondary pollution caused by scattering and flying during collection and transportation.
2. The control system of the car comprehensively utilizes the advantages of electric control, air control and hydraulic control. The electric control system controls the air control system, and then the air control system controls the operation of the hydraulic valve group, which improves the reliability and efficiency of use.
3. PLC (Programmable Programmable Logic Controller) integrated control is adopted, the control circuit is generated in the PLC, and the logic circuit is used to ensure that each operation command is executed in sequence, and at the same time to ensure the interlock between each operation command, only the external line is connected, which reduces the failure rate , to avoid accidents caused by misoperation and improve reliability;
4. In the hydraulic system that lifts the loader, a one-way balance valve is set. The valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler, but also cuts off the direct connection between the lift cylinder and the hydraulic oil pipe. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not drop suddenly, which improves the safety of use.
5. The compressed garbage truck is in a closed state during the compression filling and transportation. A unique drain valve is installed on the sewage tank, which is reliable in sealing and not easy to be blocked. The optional filler can completely cover the feeding port of the filler, which can eliminate the phenomenon of flying garbage and dust caused by the disturbance of the exhaust air during the transfer process, and the appearance is more beautiful.
