The multifunctional dust suppression truck is a new generation product independently developed by Hubei Weiyu Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. The truck adopts a Dongfeng Brand chassis, which has the characteristics of reliable operation, long-range water mist, good atomization effect, and low water consumption. It can be used in haze control, dust removal and cooling in urban streets, dust suppression in industrial and mining enterprises, and spraying and disinfection in public places and green gardens.

• The dust suppression vehicles with mobility, the fog system can be electronically controlled operation. It spray out the
atomization uniform, high, far and wide rang. High efficiency and save water.
• The tank is made of high quality manganese plate. Tank interior using advanced butt welding technology, internal use of anti-corrosion treatment, after tank welding, it's checked by gas pressure.
• The tank's shape is square, the internal use of dashboard structure that can prevent the water shaking and impact inside thetank. Enhance vehicle and tank's stability. Increase of service life.
• It has sprinkler's function. The low pressure spray operation and fog gun spray operation can be work together.
• The fog guns have a separate power unit. It can be operated by electronic control.

Remote Air-Feed Mist Sprayer Cannon Feature:
1. Strong power, long range, strong penetration, strong adhesion, wide coverage, can achieve precision spray.
2. High work efficiency and fast spray speed; When spraying water and dusting for the storage yard which is easy to cause dust, the spray mist particles are fine and form a wet mist when contacting with the floating dust, which can quickly suppress the dust and sink down, and the settlement rate of fog can reach 80-90%.
3. The secondary atomization technology adopts a specific turbine wind aid device to change the wind direction to form an Angle with the flow direction of fog particles, so as to promote sufficient water atomization.
4. When the fog drops are ejected from the nozzle, they are further broken by the high-speed and high-pressure airflow in the spray area, and the speed of the fog drops is gradually increased to improve the atomization degree. The atomization can generally reach about 50-150um diameter fog drops. The supporting power is flexible, it can use three-phase 380V mains power, also can support the generating set power supply
5. The supporting generator set is installed on the transport vehicle for power supply, with flexible operation, safe and reliable use, and manual control (optional semi-automatic or full-automatic control).
