Goods Description：
The sewage vacuum truck is a sanitation vehicle. It collects and transfers sludge, septic and sewage with liquid substances such as feces, mud, crude oil, especially the sewage slurry, silt, stones, brick, blocks and other bulk objects. It avoids secondary pollution. It's functioning self-suction and discharge, faster working speed and larger vacuum, that widely used in sewer, cesspit and gully.
The sewage vacuum truck consists of chassis, power take-off, transmission shaft, vacuum pump,oil-gas separator, water seperator, pressure tanker, hydraulic system (tanker lifting, opening & discharging), piping system (valves), pressure gauge, sight window and etc.
Vacuum Pump:
a. Sewage suction: The vacuum pump pump-out the air inside the tank to atmosphere, when reach less pressure than atmosphere, the sewage will be sucked into the tank by suction pipe.
b. Sewage discharging: The vacuum pump pump-in the air from atmosphere into the tank, when reach more pressure than atmosphere, the sewage will be discarhged via outlet port at rear.
